Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Education/Social Science
- Analyst: 2+ years relevant experience | Senior Analyst: 4+ years relevant experience
- Higher education evaluation, institutional research, education strategy, or consulting background
- Translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Contributing to or managing analytical projects
- Good understanding of statistical methods and quantitative analysis
- Familiarity with Excel (advanced), Python, or R
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset, structured working style, curiosity about education/data
- Motivation to work in international, cross-functional environment
Tasks
- Identify global education trends
- Collect and analyze education data
- Develop new data-driven products
- Contribute to education rankings
- Design and calibrate metrics
