Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Education/Social Science
  • Analyst: 2+ years relevant experience | Senior Analyst: 4+ years relevant experience
  • Higher education evaluation, institutional research, education strategy, or consulting background
  • Translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations
  • Contributing to or managing analytical projects
  • Good understanding of statistical methods and quantitative analysis
  • Familiarity with Excel (advanced), Python, or R
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical mindset, structured working style, curiosity about education/data
  • Motivation to work in international, cross-functional environment
