Requirements
- University undergraduate degree in business, economics, or mechanical/electrical engineering
- More than 5 years of experience in market research activities for Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive component supplier
- Fluency in German and English
- Business level written and spoken communication
- Additional third language advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Above average communication skills, including writing, interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
- Strong analysis skills to assess and interpret information
- Strong database manipulation skills
- Flexibility and creative problem-solving ability
- Well-developed relationship building skills
Tasks
- Research and analyze the European and MEA vehicle production market
- Create forecasts, custom reports, and intelligence briefings for clients
- Enhance S&P Global Mobility databases with automotive market insights
- Apply methodologies and utilize tools to form accurate forecast conclusions
- Support forecast assumptions with clients constructively
- Provide commentary and analysis to support vehicle forecasting
- Network with automotive market contacts to validate data and exchange intelligence
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and timely production of reports
- Offer analytical support to clients in person and online
