- •Curiosity, can-do attitude, agility, creativity, and teamwork skills
- •Results-oriented and customer-focused self-starter
- •Ability to develop sustainable business relationships
- •Strong communication skills and ability to act in matrix environment
- •Attention to detail and ability to understand key operational aspects
- •Business acumen with ability to create customer solutions
- •Track record of relationship management and negotiation skills
- •Strategic thinking and outstanding communication skills
- •Fluency in English and German, additional languages advantageous
- •Strong team player with interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
- •Fluency in German and English - written and spoken
- •MBA or bachelor degree

Tasks
- •Manage accounts P&L by defining strategy and setting goals
- •Drive solution design, sales, and product delivery
- •Develop and implement country-wide go-to-market plans
- •Build trusted relationships with Fintech and platform clients
- •Execute business development pipeline and manage customer solutions
- •Design, launch, and manage product positioning
- •Collaborate with technical solution architects and product managers
- •Proactively manage new partnership ideas and respond to market trends
- •Create business cases and operational processes for new concepts
- •Package findings to enable acceptance teams to scale outcomes
- •Ensure growth and tactical targets are met
- •Develop and execute strategic framework for the Polish market
