Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or AI Engineer
- Expert-level Python proficiency
- Strong previous experience as an ML or AI engineer
- Experience using GenAI / LLM API
- Experience building and deploying ML Models using Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Langfuse)
- Good understanding of data pipelines, API design, containers (Docker), and version control (Git)
- Experience building, maintaining, and scaling APIs
- Team player attitude
- Self-drive, proactiveness, and high adaptability
- Passion for AI Technology
Tasks
- Lead the Operations AI team in developing scalable ML/AI solutions
- Architect, design, and deploy AI systems in production environments
- Take ownership of main AI products like the AI Assistant and AI Translation
- Develop and maintain ML infrastructure and data processing pipelines
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for high-quality input
- Embrace software development best practices, including version control and CI/CD
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Developers to enhance customer experience
- Rapidly master existing AI assistant infrastructure for behavior improvements
- Lead the pilot creation for the Voice Assistant and design new channel integrations
