Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
  • •Proven experience in MLOps and 5+ years of experience with natural language processing and image processing techniques
  • •Passion for developing AI solutions, particularly in generative AI combined with OCR and strong customer centric thinking
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and Azure, with experience in AI frameworks and libraries
  • •Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-tested code
  • •Leadership experience, either technical or disciplinary
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for tackling challenging customer issues
  • •Fluency in English and strong reading comprehension in German (B2 level or higher)
