In this role, you will shape the future of AI by developing domain-specific foundation models, collaborating with engineering and production teams, and ensuring the reliability and compliance of AI systems while mentoring others in the field.

Requirements

• •University degree (PhD or Master) in computer science, AI, mathematics, or related field
• •At least 5 years of professional experience
• •Deep expertise with LLMs and multimodal models
• •Strong knowledge of post training and fine tuning methods (e.g., RLHF, DPO, PEFT)
• •Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, PyTorch or JAX)
• •Experience with large scale cloud data and training pipelines
• •Proven record of shipping ML systems in production
• •Experience integrating AI into enterprise IT environments
• •Strong focus on safety, privacy, and security
• •Evidence of leadership and influence

Tasks

• •Own the strategy and roadmap for domain-specific foundation models
• •Align with engineering and production leaders
• •Build and adapt large language, reasoning, and multimodal models for automation at scale
• •Create data flywheels and scalable pipelines
• •Define and curate high-quality fine-tuning datasets
• •Design efficient annotation and evaluation workflows
• •Architect end-to-end AI systems with clear APIs, SLAs, security, and observability
• •Drive reliability and cost efficiency
• •Define standards for performance, safety, and compliance
• •Monitor quality, drift, bias, and hallucinations
• •Lead red teaming efforts
• •Lead cross-functional delivery with platform, data, and product teams
• •Mentor engineers and researchers
• •Manage external partnerships and vendors
• •Evaluate open source and commercial options
• •Drive build, buy, or partner decisions
