Requirements

  • •Degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent senior industry experience
  • •Five to ten years of professional experience
  • •Experience in advanced AI and technical leadership
  • •Ability to translate technical concepts into AI strategies
  • •Expertise in multimodal and reasoning foundation models
  • •Experience building large scale AI systems
  • •Background in industrial or automotive data and IT
  • •Excellent software engineering skills in Python

  • •Define technical and business product visions
  • •Design system architectures for model and data layers
  • •Lead an engineering team of ten members

  • •Direct core technical and architectural decisions
  • •Select and adapt foundation models
  • •Design scalable AI systems
  • •Develop comprehensive industrial data strategies
  • •Manage data sourcing and curation processes
  • •Implement robust feedback loops and annotation
  • •Deliver models into cloud production environments
  • •Maintain high MLOps and safety standards
