Requirements

- +6 years of software product development experience
- Advanced Python proficiency for backend systems
- Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, S3)
- Track record of shipping reliable, maintainable systems
- Experience designing APIs
- Experience with distributed data systems
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI tooling
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts
- Experience with status monitoring tools

Tasks
- Design and develop AI infrastructure and systems
- Ensure reliability, high performance, and scalability
- Build orchestrator service for AI components and data flows
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines
- Process and sync heterogeneous data from various sources
- Optimize LLM Gateway infrastructure
- Manage authentication, rate limiting, load balancing, and vector databases
- Create robust, high-performance APIs
- Handle multimodal data structures and high-volume requests
- Implement observability tooling
- Support auditing, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Mentor backend engineers
- Contribute to engineering standards and code reviews
- Foster a culture of technical excellence
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and developers
- Enhance customer support and operational efficiency
