- Proven success managing long sales cycles
- Proven success managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven success closing strategic landmark deals
- Strong negotiation skills across pricing
- Strong negotiation skills across licensing
- Strong negotiation skills across custom commercial terms
- Track record building pipelines
- Track record scaling pipelines
- Pipeline management across different deal sizes
- Pipeline management across different customer types
- Comfort shaping process in early-stage environments

Tasks
- Translate technical interest into long-term partnerships
- Manage end-to-end commercial journey
- Own full sales cycle from discovery to close and expansion
- Run complex deals with technical buyers, executives, and legal teams
- Design and execute sales strategies for APIs, on-prem deployments, and custom licensing
- Build strong customer relationships for retention and expansion
- Collaborate with solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineers, product, research, and legal
- Translate customer needs and market signals into actionable feedback
- Help define early commercial processes and qualification frameworks
