Requirements

•Degree in physics, engineering, or comparable field
•Doctorate ideally
•Experience in semiconductor technology and GaN electronics
•Knowledge of materials science and semiconductor components
•Experience in project acquisition and management ideally

•Perform lifetime measurements on components
•Optimize measurement methods for GaN transistors
•Evaluate semiconductor device reliability and improvements
•Conduct failure analysis using electro-optical techniques
•Examine devices using electron microscopy
•Acquire and manage R&D projects
•Collaborate with Epitaxy and Microelectronics departments
•Develop innovative, interdisciplinary technical solutions
•Prepare to lead the Characterization group
