Tasks
- Build and scale CAELIA's data and AI platform
- Define and implement end-to-end data strategies
- Generate clinically meaningful insights from complex data
- Implement privacy-preserving learning approaches across studies
- Collaborate with teams to bring models into products
- Ensure data interoperability (FHIR/HL7)
- Ensure high data quality
- Ensure regulatory readiness (GDPR, MDR)
- Design and evolve scalable medical and sensor data architectures
- Develop ML pipelines and MLOps workflows in regulated environments
- Manage model lifecycle, including validation, monitoring, and iteration
- Ensure model explainability
- Establish data governance, security, and privacy-by-design
- Collaborate on clinical studies, pilots, and real-world evidence
- Translate product and clinical questions into data and model requirements
