- Willingness to travel regularly to Freudenberg Technology Innovation (FTI) in Weinheim, Germany and short-term assignment to USA (approx. 8 months) during first two years

- Analyze seal series for standardization and reuse
- Develop AI-assisted CAD prototypes
- Create Proofs of Concept for engineering workflows
- Enable automated data exchange between systems
- Conduct applied research and validate results
- Transfer research outcomes into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing
