Scholarship Lead - Program Design & Funding(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating and launching innovative scholarship and talent initiatives while actively securing funding and building partnerships to support the programs' success within the ZOLLHOF ecosystem.

Requirements

• •Expertise in Program Management, Talent Development, or related field
• •Fluency in English and good German skills
• •Several years of proven experience in designing, managing, and scaling Scholarship or Talent programs
• •Entrepreneurial experience or strong Startup mindset
• •Fundraising expertise or previous contact with the academic world
• •State-of-the-art know-how regarding current Talent Initiative trends
• •Demonstrable ability to conceive complex programs and secure financing
• •Excellent communicative and presentational skills
• •High organizational ability
• •Confident use of AI tools for efficient project management
• •Strong entrepreneurial desire and Builder mentality
• •Relationship-driven and empathetic
• •Ability to connect with young talents and high-level funding partners
• •Embrace financial responsibility to drive program funding

Tasks

• •Design and develop high-impact Scholarship and Talent programs
• •Build partnerships and secure funding from foundations, patrons, and corporations
• •Establish organizational structures for program implementation
• •Manage selection processes for program participants
• •Oversee program implementation and Community and Alumni Management
• •Drive Talent Scouting in collaboration with the Scholarship Team and universities
• •Utilize marketing resources to promote scholarship programs
• •Ensure Scholarship programs support the Entrepreneurship funnel
