- Excellent team player and communicator
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent English language skills in spoken and written form
- Ability to understand and adapt to various business needs
- Openness to share knowledge
Tasks
- Provide global application support for ERP and ancillary systems
- Manage ERP and ServiceNow tickets and change requests
- Plan, implement, budget, and report on minor and emergency changes
- Track changes and development efforts across various systems
- Resolve incidents and changes that third-party support cannot address
- Approve change requests as a Change Manager
- Ensure change documents are completed and formatted correctly
- Monitor KPIs within the respective modules
- Facilitate communication between Key Users and third-party support
- Moderate SAP Key User meetings for assigned modules
- Support the creation of SLA reports
- Take action during escalations of unresolved incidents or changes and inform stakeholders
