Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• •Proven experience as a Cutover Lead or similar role
• •In-depth knowledge of cutover methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall)
• •Proficiency in cutover tools and frameworks
• •Strong understanding of cutover in systems implementation lifecycle
• •Experience with cutover management tools
• •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• •Analytical and problem-solving skills

Tasks

• •Assess and manage cutover tools and platforms
• •Ensure effective use of cutover tools
• •Provide training on cutover tools and best practices
• •Establish quality assurance processes for cutover activities
• •Conduct regular reviews and audits of cutover processes
• •Identify, document, and resolve defects and issues
• •Work with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements

• •Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
