SAP Cutover Services Lead(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Cutover Lead or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of cutover methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in cutover tools and frameworks
• Strong understanding of cutover in systems implementation lifecycle
• Experience with cutover management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Tasks

• Lead the Cutover Tower team
• Define and implement the cutover strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cutover practices
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of cutover activities
• Develop comprehensive cutover plans
• Manage and prioritize cutover activities
• Assess and manage cutover tools and platforms
• Ensure effective use of cutover tools
• Provide training on cutover tools and best practices
• Establish quality assurance processes for cutover activities
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of cutover processes
• Identify, document, and resolve defects and issues
• Work with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Communicate cutover progress and issues to project teams
• Advocate for quality and cutover best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance cutover efficiency
• Mentor and coach team members for skill development
