- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
- Experience in managing PMO functions for large-scale transformation programs
- Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
Tasks
- Establish and manage PMO frameworks and governance structures
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project performance and track key metrics
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Implement mitigation strategies as needed
- Collaborate with project teams on best practices and methodologies
- Provide training and support to project managers and team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams
- Prepare and present reports and insights to leadership
