- Define and execute a detailed local rollout plan
- Align rollout plans with the overall S4E strategy and timeline
- Plan and manage project phases and work packages
- Coordinate with Team Leads and Business Core Team members
- Collaborate with Template SPOCs and SAP Template organizations
- Lead cross-functional rollout teams for smooth transitions
- Monitor and control the rollout budget
- Provide transparent financial tracking and reporting
- Manage project schedules, risks, and issues
- Oversee project dependencies, testing, and cutover activities
- Ensure compliance with PM project methodology and quality gates
- Provide regular status reporting
- Oversee the rollout of specific end-to-end business processes
- Manage localization requirements with the Business Cluster Manager
- Coordinate external partners and consultants
- Prepare and facilitate Steering Committee meetings
- Document and follow up on Steering Committee decisions
- Ensure alignment of IT infrastructure setup
- Manage design approvals following SAP S/4HANA standards
- Track project progress against milestones and deliverables
- Provide structured updates to Rollout Management and stakeholders
- Manage risks and dependencies in multi-stakeholder environments
