- Align cutover with seasonal demand and logistics
- Engage leaders to validate readiness and dependencies
- Facilitate go/no-go readiness reviews
- Identify and mitigate cutover risks
- Define rollback and contingency plans
- Drive cutover execution during trial runs
- Provide real-time dashboards and updates
- Lead hypercare activities
- Ensure smooth handover to operations
- Capture lessons learned for improvement
- Define KPIs and success metrics
- Manage operational continuity
- Handle downtime effectively
- Monitor readiness scores
- Ensure data migration accuracy
- Resolve hypercare issues
