SAP Order-to-Cash AMS support for a 150-year-old climate-focused heating appliance manufacturer. End-to-end incident and service request resolution required. Hybrid work, temporary EU country work, buy vacation days.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable
  • At least three years hands-on experience in SAP Order-to-Cash environments, ideally in support or consulting
  • Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash process knowledge
  • Solid SAP Sales and Distribution expertise
  • Structured troubleshooting mindset
  • Experience in IT service management
  • Experience in global, multi-country SAP landscapes
  • Familiarity with system integrations (e.g., CRM platforms)
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Clear communication across stakeholder groups
  • Confidence taking ownership in dynamic environments
  • Fluent English
  • Comfortable in international, cross-functional setup

Tasks

  • Lead SAP Order-to-Cash AMS
  • Ensure stable operations and transparent coordination
  • Manage stakeholder communications effectively
  • Own end-to-end incident and service request resolution
  • Monitor 2nd-level support activities and escalations
  • Conduct initial problem analyses
  • Moderate structured troubleshooting
  • Support sustainable solution design
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams
  • Steer and coordinate external AMS service providers
  • Challenge service providers to meet high-quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with global process standards
  • Adhere to SAP template requirements
  • Bridge support and project organizations
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge management
