  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end processes and business requirements in an SAP environment

  • Navigation of program complexity and pace
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant professional experience in SAP plan-to-produce solutions project implementation
  • Hands-on experience in SAP ePP/DS and IBP
  • Excellent knowledge of end-to-end business processes (demand planning, S&OP, Production and Supply Planning, Production Execution, MM/PP/SD/QM/APO)
  • Proven methodological know-how of local fit-gap analyses and process design
  • Strong ability to grasp complex SAP process issues and prepare them target group-specific
  • Relevant industry knowledge
  • Expertise in Signavio and JIRA
  • Strong decision-making acumen
  • Ability to reach consensus/compromises on process designs
  • Experience with SAP R/3
  • Ideally SAP S/4HANA experience
  • Experience with relevant third-party business systems
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Exceptional German communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)

Tasks

  • Manage regional/segment-specific business requirements
  • Conduct local fit-gap analyses for SAP S/4HANA
  • Design process adaptations within Roll-ins
  • Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes
  • Liaise with entity business experts
  • Coordinate preparatory work like data cleansing
  • Guide and steer junior business experts
  • Generate process maps and models
  • Design and own test cases
  • Conduct functional end-to-end tests
  • Contribute to assigned roll-in projects
  • Drive change and communication activities
  • Prepare training materials
  • Train key users and stakeholders
