- Owning technical delivery end-to-end: architecture through deployment, not configuration support only
- Strong analytical mindset: translate business requirements into technical designs
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
- High attention to detail, structured working, problem-solving mindset focused on scalability
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluent English
- Experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub administration: workflows, lead scoring/management, list management, campaign tracking, Salesforce sync
- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce Reports & Dashboards at advanced level)
- Exposure to compliance or regulated environments (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
- Experience with CPQ tools
- German language skills
- Access to US export-controlled software/technology may be required
Tasks
- Manage Salesforce user and permission configurations
- Administer Salesforce configurations and system health
- Design and implement Salesforce Flow automations
- Lead technical delivery of system improvements
- Manage Salesforce releases and deployment processes
- Maintain data quality standards in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports
- Provide L2 support and troubleshooting for CRM users
- Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Own integrations between Salesforce and connected systems
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support user training and enablement on system changes
- Contribute to GTM process improvements
