Requirements
- •Proven track record as Salesforce Administrator
- •Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ ideally
- •Proficiency in Flow Builder and reporting
- •Experience with Marketing Cloud or CRM Analytics
- •Enjoyment of translating technical concepts into documentation
- •Familiarity with Gearset or similar CI/CD tools
- •Proactive, problem-solving attitude

Work Experience

Tasks
- •Resolve Salesforce incidents as the primary contact
- •Maintain high internal NPS through service management
- •Design and execute structured user onboarding
- •Conduct training sessions to empower system users
- •Manage data uploads, cleansing, and auditing
- •Ensure the CRM remains a single source of truth
- •Optimize business workflows using Salesforce Flows
- •Explore AI-powered features for the customer journey
- •Support data-driven decisions through CRM Analytics
- •Administer tools including CPQ, JustOn, and DocuSign
- •Manage Gearset and other integrated tooling
- •Maintain security models using profiles and permission sets
- •Configure sharing rules for rigorous access management
- •Document system configurations and business processes
