- Familiarity with XML and CSV

- Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented team player

Tasks
- Act as the primary contact for enterprise customers and sales channels
- Research and resolve technical issues independently
- Escalate complex problems to 2nd Level Support
- Drive incident resolution and identify root causes
- Manage customer communication via ticketing systems and meetings
- Collaborate with Product Management on software optimizations
- Monitor customer integration processes using internal tools
- Lead regular meetings to discuss operational solutions
- Build strong stakeholder relationships through on-site workshops
- Engage actively with cross-functional team members
