Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Education Science
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably medical device sales
  • Trainer experience in medical field, ideally Urology or medical devices
  • Strong media skills for virtual and on-site training, including material development
  • Affinity for and enthusiasm about medical technology and MedTech industry
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and effective collaboration ability
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel regularly

Tasks

  • Design and deliver sales trainings
  • Focus on products, procedures, and sales
  • Train internal stakeholders including sales reps, product managers, and local trainers
  • Provide onboarding and continuous development programs
  • Develop new training concepts based on business needs
  • Create and maintain blended learning materials
  • Support diverse training formats
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and quality
  • Collaborate with EMEA Product Management

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
