Sales Team Lead(m/w/x)
Leading regional account managers in polymers sales for the automotive market. Extensive polymers sales and management experience required. Company car, global bonus program, mobile working.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or Engineering (Master’s preferred) or comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience (10+ years) in polymers, sales, general management, or marketing, preferably in automotive market
- Experience in international assignments and multicultural environments
- Strong leadership skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Office Word/Excel, SAP R/3, Salesforce)
Tasks
- Implement business strategy for APS product lines
- Lead team of Regional Account Managers
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Drive revenue and pricing targets
- Manage working capital parameters
- Implement pricing policy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Support Customer Service
- Develop and execute segment sales plan
- Promote operational excellence
- Report on key KPIs
- Recruit and coach Regional Account Managers
- Act as Key Account Manager for European converter / tier groups
