- Resolve high-stakes listing disputes
- Maintain a personal pipeline of high-value consignments
- Meet or exceed individual revenue and acquisition quotas
- Stay ahead of market trends and valuation shifts
- Provide expert guidance to clients and internal team
- Train new hires in internal systems and auction mechanics
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations
- Streamline consignment-to-auction pipeline
- Enhance user experience
- Foster a high-energy, collaborative environment
- Celebrate wins and view challenges as learning opportunities
- Report regularly on team KPIs, market sentiment, and process bottlenecks
- Identify and advocate for tool and workflow improvements
