Sales Team Lead(m/w/x)
Leading a team of 5 technical sales professionals in HVACR technologies for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. Proven experience leading technical sales teams required. Flexible benefits and time off.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading technical sales teams or application-oriented sales teams
- Strong background in refrigeration compression, drives, or related technologies
- Solid understanding of OEM environments and food retail refrigeration market
- Technical education or background (mechanical, electrical, or similar)
- Experience with solution selling across compressors, drives, and control systems
- Strong commercial mindset with revenue growth track record
- Leadership experience with clear people management responsibility (5–10 years relevant experience)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and structured forecasting
- Open industry exposure; HVAC experience not essential (automotive or adjacent industries considered)
- Experience within global industrial or automation-focused organisations
- Experience in matrixed, international organisations
- Exposure to strategic account management and hands-on customer engagement
- Track record of building or scaling high-performing teams
- Legally authorized to work in the country of application
Tasks
- Lead and develop a team of 5 sales professionals
- Set clear priorities for sales strategy execution
- Manage performance through structured pipeline and opportunity tracking
- Support team in complex customer and technical discussions
- Monitor and review performance against targets and KPIs
- Ensure strong coverage of key accounts and strategic customers
- Develop team capabilities and support career growth
- Collaborate with Segment Leadership on regional and global strategies
- Ensure disciplined use of Salesforce and accurate forecasting
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration
