- •Previous measurable sales experience
- •Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- •Excellent interpersonal skills
- •Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- •Business fluent German skills and good/very good English skills
- •Full, Clean driving licence
- •Bachelor’s or Advanced university degree, previous cardiac surgery/cardiovascular sales experience or similar, experience working within hospitals sales and experience in theatre
Education

Tasks
- •Achieve sales targets for the Thüringen & Middle East Territory
- •Increase market share in Surgical Valve Replacement and Atrial Fibrillation products
- •Build strong ethical relationships with customers
- •Lead sales activities with multiple stakeholders
- •Identify and contact sales prospects and assigned accounts
- •Support and advise Surgeons and theatre personnel in the Theatre environment
- •Present and sell products and services to clients
- •Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- •Collaborate with local marketing to meet national marketing objectives
- •Develop and execute account strategies using Account Planning tools
