- Execute sales strategies to meet forecasts and KPIs
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support regional growth
- Represent the Minor Figures brand in Northern Germany
- Develop new partnerships and grow existing accounts
- Track opportunities and manage your pipeline in the CRM
- Increase product distribution across On-trade segments
- Educate and support wholesalers, cafés, and operators through training and sampling
- Plan travel and field visits to maximize sales opportunities
- Attend industry events and organize brand activations
- Share market insights, competitor activity, and best practices with the EU sales team
- Identify high-potential cities and implement local growth plans
