- •Career starter or experience in business development, eCommerce, or digital marketing
- •Motivated, reliable self-starter with organizational skills
- •Drive to win and personal development
- •Willingness to become marketplace and eCommerce expert
- •Strong communication, storytelling and listening skills
- •Excellent English and German (C1-C2 level)
- •Residence in Berlin or travel distance
- •Willingness to work in-office twice weekly
- •Availability for 32 hours per week
- •Willingness to travel quarterly
- •Valid German work permit or EU citizenship
- •Bachelor's degree

- •Achieve and exceed consistent sales targets
- •Attend industry events and host partner dinners
- •Organize and lead webinars and roundtables
- •Build a personal brand on social media channels
- •Showcase expertise at various expert events
- •Maintain deep knowledge of the company's tool
- •Identify new leads and build professional relationships
- •Manage the B2B sales cycle from first contact
- •Engage professionally with key decision-makers
- •Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams
