Requirements
- Experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations, or scale-up environment
- SQL knowledge and experience with GSheets for data analysis
- CRM experience is a plus
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluent English
- Other EU languages are a plus
- Willingness to apply even if not meeting all requirements
Tasks
- Drive sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets
- Identify and quantify sales trends and performance gaps
- Conduct rigorous market and data analysis
- Own end-to-end sales forecasting and reporting
- Set targets, manage dealers, and use sales tools
- Ensure clear accountability for results
- Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders
- Escalate blockers and push corrective actions
- Mentor team members using your experience
- Support cross-functional projects with Sales, Finance, BI, and Marketing
Work Experience

Education
- High school diploma
