Requirements

  • 8–12+ years experience in Sales/Revenue Operations
  • 3–5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM and sales process
  • Understanding of subscription models and workflows
  • Ability to partner with executive leaders
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting global partner-driven sales organizations
  • Background in high-growth or scaling SaaS

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • Translate company strategy into scalable sales operating plans
  • Manage annual and quarterly sales planning and capacity modeling
  • Design sales territories and set performance quotas
  • Establish a rigorous and accurate forecasting cadence
  • Provide executive insights into pipeline health and growth risks
  • Optimize the end-to-end quote-to-cash process
  • Enforce deal approval frameworks for pricing and discounts
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal on compliant contracts
  • Ensure subscription entitlement accuracy and revenue recognition readiness
  • Oversee Salesforce strategy and data integrity standards
  • Maintain core sales KPIs and executive dashboards
  • Automate sales processes to reduce manual effort
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives for CRM and billing systems
  • Standardize and document sales policies and operating cadences
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to drive process adoption
  • Manage change for new tools and go-to-market motions
  • Resolve complex operational issues impacting deals
  • Build and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team
  • Advise Sales Leadership on operational strategy
  • Align with RevOps stakeholders to improve seller experiences
