Tasks
- Drive implementation of new sales activities
- Liaise between Relationship Managers and central Intermediaries
- Support Market, Group, and Team Heads in achieving goals
- Implement globally applicable sales standards and best practices
- Collaborate with Front leadership to set sales priorities and targets
- Lead monthly sales meetings
- Develop and execute market-specific sales plans
- Ensure effective client engagement through regular check-ins
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Address client challenges
- Facilitate client reviews and account planning
- Develop engagement strategies with Front leadership and specialists
- Leverage data analytics to identify upselling opportunities
- Inform sales decisions with data analytics
- Partner with Product Specialists to support RMs
- Coach and develop RMs to achieve financial goals
- Provide training and guidance on new products and solutions
- Manage ad-hoc tasks related to sales and client management
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across departments
- Design and deliver on-the-job sales training programs
- Engage with the Virtual Sales & Business Development community
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to sales discussions
