Tasks
- Manage account administration and documentation formalities
- Maintain high-quality client identification and legal forms
- Handle daily operational account management and system alerts
- Update and maintain accurate client CRM data
- Interact independently with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide clients with customized information and reports
- Support Relationship Managers in implementing tailored solutions
- Participate in and lead portions of client meetings
- Channel client feedback to improve internal bank processes
- Ensure operational coverage for the team during absences

- Bachelor's degree
