- Advantageous experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems
- Fluent German

- Willingness to work flexibly (home office, customer sites, Böblingen)
Tasks
- Develop and execute sales plans
- Expand existing customer relationships
- Increase customer share of wallet
- Drive sustainable growth in DACH and international markets
- Build and maintain long-term B2B partnerships
- Deepen customer relationships as a trusted advisor
- Position the company as a preferred flavor solutions partner
- Steer and support international distributors and agents
- Define sales strategy for local markets
- Jointly develop customers with distributors
- Advise customers on flavor applications
- Support customer product optimization
- Resolve technical or sensory challenges with R&D
- Collaborate with R&D and application technology teams
- Work with customer service, production, and supply chain
- Deliver tailored solutions to customers
- Ensure efficient project execution
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Manage customer contracts
- Contribute to achieving revenue and margin targets
- Travel regularly to visit customers, distributors, and trade fairs
- Represent the company professionally in DACH and internationally
