Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development within logistics or freight forwarding
  • Proven track record in developing new business and managing key accounts within the DACH region
  • Experience with tender management, pricing models, and contract negotiations in B2B logistics
  • Familiarity with international logistics processes (Road, Air, Ocean, Rail) and related customer requirements
  • Fluency in English and German; additional language skills welcome
  • Solid understanding of international transport and logistics operations
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to present complex logistics solutions in a clear and compelling way
