Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Business degree strongly preferred
  • Certifications in sales methodology or marketing strategy
  • 8–10 years sales and marketing experience
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in European market development
  • Experience with GLP / GMP / GCP environments
  • Experience in budget oversight
  • Strategic thinking and actionable planning skills
  • Advanced negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and market analysis skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication in English and German
  • Willingness to attend customer visits
