Requirements

  • Degree in economics or industrial engineering

  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Strong English language skills – spoken and written
  • Very good German language skills - written and spoken
  • Clear verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings

Tasks

  • Act as the first point of contact for global OEM Germany
  • Acquire new projects
  • Lead price negotiations and agreements
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and internal departments
  • Create and nurture strategic customer relationships
  • Support business planning and manage it in the SPS
  • Execute market analysis and develop sales strategies
  • Review and control commercial activities for all projects
  • Maximize profit by securing the best prices and managing internal costs
  • Lead the sales team and organize efforts to meet targets
  • Maintain sales practice documents according to audit standards
  • Comply with internal controls and operate within the Enterprise Operating System and DBS framework
  • Lead RFQ phases and ensure timely, profitable quotations to expand EDS business
  • Support and collaborate with the customer cross-functional team
  • Prepare and lead customer strategy meetings
  • Drive activities to achieve sales targets for customers
  • Meet account growth objectives
