- •Implement and support change management processes in internal tools
- •Support new project acquisitions and record customer data
- •Maintain daily communication with customers
- •Lead cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics, and project management
- •Relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders
- •Reconcile price lists with customer orders
- •Manage project-specific complaints and resolutions
