- Maintain customer data within the B2B portal
- Implement and support change management processes in internal tools
- Support new project acquisitions and record customer data
- Maintain daily communication with customers
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics, and project management
- Relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders
- Reconcile price lists with customer orders
- Manage project-specific complaints and resolutions
