Requirements
- Degree in economics or industrial engineering
- Strong financial background
- Automotive experience preferred
- Strong English language skills – spoken and written
- Very good German language skills - written and spoken
- Clear verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Strong teamwork approach
- Flexible and proven ability to work under pressure
- Good execution capability
- Effective presentation skills
Tasks
- Act as the first point of contact for global OEM Germany
- Acquire new projects
- Lead price negotiations and agreements
- Establish strong relationships with customers and internal departments
- Create and nurture strategic customer relationships
- Support business planning and manage it in the SPS
- Execute market analysis and develop sales strategies
- Review and control commercial activities for all projects
- Maximize profit by securing the best prices and managing internal costs
- Lead the sales team and organize efforts to meet targets
- Maintain sales practice documents according to audit standards
- Comply with internal controls and operate within the Enterprise Operating System and DBS framework
- Lead RFQ phases and ensure timely, profitable quotations to expand EDS business
- Support and collaborate with the customer cross-functional team
- Prepare and lead customer strategy meetings
- Drive activities to achieve sales targets for customers
- Meet account growth objectives
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
- German – Business Fluent
