- •Strong English language skills – spoken and written
- •Very good German language skills - written and spoken
- •Clear verbal communication and negotiation skills
- •Ability to interpret technical drawings
- •Strong teamwork approach
- •Flexible and proven ability to work under pressure
- •Good execution capability
- •Effective presentation skills

Tasks
- •Act as the first point of contact for global OEM Germany
- •Acquire new projects
- •Lead price negotiations and agreements
- •Establish strong relationships with customers and internal departments
- •Create and nurture strategic customer relationships
- •Support business planning and manage it in the SPS
- •Execute market analysis and develop sales strategies
- •Review and control commercial activities for all projects
- •Maximize profit by securing the best prices and managing internal costs
- •Lead the sales team and organize efforts to meet targets
- •Maintain sales practice documents according to audit standards
- •Comply with internal controls and operate within the Enterprise Operating System and DBS framework
- •Lead RFQ phases and ensure timely, profitable quotations to expand EDS business
- •Support and collaborate with the customer cross-functional team
- •Prepare and lead customer strategy meetings
- •Drive activities to achieve sales targets for customers
- •Meet account growth objectives
