Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in credit brokerage, financial advisory, and customer-facing sales role
  • Experience in 360 sales role and/or outbound prospecting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented work ethic with attention to detail, determination, and drive
  • Obsessive about delivering high customer service
  • Extremely well organized and analytical
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
  • Ability to engage and establish strong working relationships
  • Self-starter who works backwards from targets

  • Share success stories and insights to foster a strong sales team culture
