Requirements

  • •Degree in business, engineering, logistics, computer science, or comparable field
  • •Practical experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, or similar role
  • •Enthusiasm for working with customers and developing solutions
  • •Organizational talent and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • •Confidence in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Evaluate customer needs and initial situations
  • •Develop solution proposals with compelling value arguments
  • •Prepare and conduct customer-specific product demos
  • •Handle simple and complex tenders and inquiries
  • •Create offers and presentations for customers
  • •Develop implementation concepts with engineering teams
  • •Identify customer needs and communicate them to engineering
  • •Collaborate to derive project plans during pre-sales
  • •Provide input for product roadmaps
  • •Model customer processes and describe IT requirements
  • •Update standard demo scenarios for various customer groups
  • •Support the sales team from initial contact to closing
  • •Assist in testing Rail-Flow products as needed
