Requirements
- University degree or equivalent professional qualifications
- Experience in complex software sales or consulting
- Senior key account manager or leadership experience
- People management and talent development experience
- Track record in complex C-level sales
- Lead role experience in team-selling
- Success with large transactions and transformations
- Aerospace, Defence, and Service experience preferred
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
Tasks
- Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Coach and develop employee competence and capability
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and training
- Address performance issues with HR experts
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue quota targets
- Develop specific account plans and sales strategies
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives
- Analyze customer technology footprints and strategic growth plans
- Monitor industry trends and competitor public information
- Lead designated territories and prospect profiling
- Develop comprehensive business plans using ROI data
- Maintain a disciplined, current sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and partners for pipeline growth
- Position unique business value against competitors
- Qualify business drivers and decision processes
- Involve the partner ecosystem to secure business
- Execute white space analysis for upselling and cross-selling
- Orchestrate internal teams to execute winning sales
- Maintain accurate CRM customer and pipeline data
