Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role, preferably in Toy industry
- European account or distribution management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing or related area
- Success launching and managing business portfolios with national retailers
- Fluency in English and German
- Customer driven approach and go-getter attitude
- Organization, planning and communication skills
- Goal orientation, self-motivation, persistence and determination
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, or Salesforce
- Ability to create presentations and read POS reports
- Willingness to travel to Europe, USA, and Asia
Tasks
- Lead sales from topline to EBITDA
- Oversee product development and selection
- Identify new market opportunities
- Determine optimal pricing for profit and satisfaction
- Direct best-in-class sales operations
- Maintain a consistent trajectory of growth
- Make decisions based on trends and executive expectations
- Define and implement business strategy and action plans
- Direct and drive all commercial operations
- Manage Senior Key Account Managers
- Monitor business results and verify objectives
- Define corrective actions for business performance
- Develop bi-annual business plans
- Deliver timely product presentations and business proposals
- Provide customers with required decision-making materials
- Develop and update monthly market forecasts
- Review actual performance to adjust plans
- Analyze sell-through data and market intelligence
- Communicate clearly and solve customer challenges quickly
- Provide proactive and effective customer service
- Increase sales and market share in France
- Source new business opportunities throughout the region
- Expand distribution depth and brand equity
- Prepare sales targets for Top 10 customers
- Produce monthly reports with 90% forecast accuracy
- Assist in delivering sales strategies and joint business plans
- Provide feedback and coaching to account management teams
