Tasks

  • Lead aircraft sales campaigns.
  • Initiate and lead the sales process.
  • Negotiate with customers and partners.
  • Draft proposals, LOIs, MOUs, and Sales & Purchase Contracts.
  • Facilitate deal closures.
  • Represent the company externally.
  • Advocate for customers internally.
  • Own and manage the B2B sales pipeline.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
  • Gather customer insights.
  • Relay insights internally to align product development.
  • Help develop the Commercial team.
  • Help develop sales processes and procedures.
  • Translate engineering perspectives into value-added features.
  • Communicate customer requirements to engineering.
  • Manage delivery timelines.
  • Control the growing global orderbook.
  • Guide and mentor technical sales managers.
  • Build and develop the sales team, including functions and training.

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
