Tasks
- Drive sustainable revenue growth across Central Europe
- Lead and develop Indirect Sales Teams
- Execute the company's commercial strategy
- Ensure consistent growth and market expansion
- Lead, develop, and motivate Sales teams
- Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets
- Own regional forecasting and pipeline health
- Ensure KPI performance accuracy and predictability
- Define and execute programs with Marketing and Professional Services
- Support regional growth objectives
- Continuously evaluate and monitor processes
- Ensure smooth operations and strong team cohesion
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
- Enhance sales skills and overall performance
- Conduct sales workshops for the channel
- Conduct educational seminars for the channel
- Drive business growth through channel education
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assess team member success
- Assess overall team success
- Support team in identifying interested partners
- Support team in identifying capable partners
- Assist team in convincing partners of system benefits
- Assist team in closing standard partner agreements
- Develop business opportunities through the channel
- Create and implement business review plans
