Requirements

  • 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience in SaaS, RegTech, or financial services
  • Strong communication and consultative prospecting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
  • High motivation, organization, and goal-driven attitude
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Tasks

  • Identify and engage prospects in banking, lending, fintech, insurance, and other regulated industries
  • Map target accounts and decision-makers within compliance, risk, and operations teams
  • Qualify inbound leads against Aryza’s Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
  • Execute multi-channel outreach to generate interest and secure discovery meetings
  • Position Aryza’s solutions as enablers of compliance efficiency and improved customer experience
  • Partner with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities with detailed prospect intelligence
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging based on lead quality feedback
  • Track and report daily activity, pipeline progress, and opportunity creation in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets consistently
