Outbound prospecting for SaaS digital signage solutions in DACH region. High activity volume and resilience required. 26 days vacation, public transit subsidy.

- 1–2 years SDR/BDR or similar outbound role
- 1–2 years customer-facing role
- SaaS or technology experience desirable
- Strong drive considered for entry-level
- Familiarity with outbound tools a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools a plus
- Native or fluent German
- Professional English
- Additional European languages a plus
- Awareness of GDPR-compliant prospecting practices
Tasks
- Contact prospective customers in DACH region
- Generate and qualify sales pipeline
- Follow up on inbound leads
- Book qualified meetings and demos
- Ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executive
- Identify and reach target accounts via calls, email, LinkedIn
- Use personalized outreach to start conversations
- Assess fit and intent of inbound leads
- Prioritize strong opportunities
- Build target-account lists
- Map key contacts
- Understand prospect needs before outreach
- Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot
- Meet or exceed activity and opportunity goals
- Handle prospect data compliantly
- Share market feedback with team
