Requirements

  • 8–10+ years B2B Sales and Business Development experience (SaaS, Telematics/Fleet Management, Automotive, Mobility, IoT, Digital Solutions)
  • Strong hunter mentality with opportunity creation track record
  • Proven success closing complex, high-value enterprise and fleet deals
  • Strong autonomy, resilience, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills with senior decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of German fleet and mobility ecosystem
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, service teams
  • High willingness to travel (up to ~70%)
  • Fluent in German and English (additional languages a plus)

Tasks

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Create new business channels with fleet operators
  • Proactively acquire new customers
  • Drive product penetration and revenue growth
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions
  • Translate customer pain points into value-based proposals
  • Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements
  • Build a strong partner and reseller ecosystem
  • Develop joint go-to-market activities
  • Establish long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Act as a central interface between partners and internal teams
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Deliver transparent sales performance reports
  • Drive sustainable revenue and margin growth
  • Perform continuous market analysis
  • Analyze competitors and customers
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Act as a trusted advisor for Digital Fleet Solutions
  • Feed insights back into product development
