- Strong commercial mindset
- Experience with DTC e-commerce and digital marketing
- Ability to lead and collaborate across functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical, hands-on, and pragmatic
Tasks
- Own revenue growth for functional teas
- Identify and activate growth levers across channels
- Integrate and leverage the existing TAN network
- Build partnerships with therapists and healthcare professionals
- Develop the product portfolio with product development
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through market research
- Support strategic planning and operations with pricing and positioning
- Lead integrated campaigns across DTC and healthcare touchpoints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations
